First trustees

We are really excited to share that the Agency was created as a Trust on 26 June 2024 with a donation of $10 from Penny Molnar.

We received Trustee applications from lots of amazing people who see the value this Agency can bring to the for-purpose sector and want to be part of making that a reality. After careful consideration and discussions, we are pleased to share that Nick Clarke, Megan Courtney, Suzanne Jones, Sara Shaughnessy, John Gieryn, Felicity Palmer and Rachel Sanson were welcomed onto the inaugural board on 31 July 2024.

Ngāti Rārua supported the Establishment Group to welcome the new Trustees at a Mihi Whakatau at Pūtangutangi-Green Meadows in Stoke. It was a fabulous opportunity to mihi all the energy and effort that so many people and organisations have put towards getting this Agency up. Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Rārua posted a great Facebook post covering the event.
